Designing for how teams think and work

Hi there!

Over the last 12 years, I’ve moved across domains—ecommerce, mental health, education, and public sector services—wearing multiple hats: design researcher, program manager, service designer. It wasn’t always planned, but it was always led by curiosity. I followed the work, and the work kept changing shape.

Somewhere along the way, I began to notice that the most interesting challenges weren’t technical—they were human.

Misalignment that was hard to identify.
Conversations that stayed beneath the surface.
Solutions that made sense on paper, but struggled in reality.

That shift in perspective changed how I approach my work.

From Lived Experience

The one thing I truly believe in is walking the path and knowing yourself what it means to you. This is what makes us the unique individuals that we are. Following the heart has been a core value – in every aspect of my life, and I am a huge advocate of lived experiences.

As an immigrant I navigate my life between New Delhi & Toronto. Rooted in east, but having spent a considerable time in the west, the fragments of my lived experience often end up drifting between structure and flow, order and chaos, and me quietly questioning it all.

A high-altitude hiker, a trail biker, a trained yoga teacher, the outdoors has long been a constant learning ground for me; it has always helped me stretch beyond my limit without losing out on the fun.

I often also try my hands at new activities that help me build new perspectives – improv & theatre being my most recent indulgence.

What can I do for you?

Design Thinking Consulting

I bring together research, facilitation, and experiential learning to help teams make sense of complexity, uncover what truly matters, and move forward with greater clarity.

Sometimes, that looks like helping you reframe a challenge.
Sometimes, it’s designing a process that works for your context.
And often, it’s creating spaces where people can think, reflect, and build solutions together.

Experiential Learning

I design group experiences that blend facilitation, improv, and emotional intelligence—enabling teams to engage more openly, think more deeply, and act with intention.

If you’re navigating complexity, building something new, or simply trying to make sense of what’s next—I’d love to start a conversation.
